We represent Pilana Group. Pilana has manufactured industrial knives and wear parts for the wood industry in Hulín, Czech Republic, since 1934. Chipper knives, refiner segments, anvils and counter-knives — supplied to your drawing and your timber, with Czech origin documents.

Knives, wear plates, holders and knife anvils for drum chippers. CH8 and CH5 chipper steels and tool steel, with hardness set to the timber you actually cut.
Complete chipper drums and rotor assemblies with their screens — and every wear part that sits on them.
Complete knife rings for ring flakers, with flaker knives in DS, CH5, Maraton and Red Maraton grades, knife holders, wear shoes and brass setting plates.
Counterknives, infeed plates and infeed segments in Hardox 450 and tool steel, plus the screens that run with them.
Milling segments in chipper steel or cast steel, Conidur screens and complete grinding tracks.
Rotor blades in Hardox, protection plates in C45 and Duroxite 100, spreading discs and complete rotor assemblies.
Beyond panel plants, the Pilana range covers sawmill and veneer knives, recycling and granulator blades, circular, band and gang saw blades, press parts, knife-setting jigs, trolleys and rotary feeders. Ask for the part you need.
Pilana's engineers scan any part with 3D scanners and produce the exact version you need — or design a custom solution around it. Send us the worn part and we take it from there.
